I went to bed with a miagraine and did not take anything. About 1 am I got up and took Imatrex. Then at 6 am I took another Imatrex. and slept until almost 8 am. My headache is much better but my neck and shoulders are still really tense.

I love myself. I want to use this new tool to track my progress and success. I will make my goal and keep my goal weight.
