Well You Guys The Reason I've Been Putting My Weigh In On Hold Is Because I Know For a fact That I Have Gained Some Weight and Didn't Want To Weigh In To See The Actual Numbers. Today It Feels As If I've Gotten The Motivation Back Since The Book I Purchased Called " The Weight Loss Cure They Dont Want You To Know About" By Kevin Trudeau Came In. I've Been Studying Him For a Long Time And His Research On Things Make a Lot Of Sense Such as Our How Our Country Is Putting Chemicals and Hormones in our Food To Actually Make Us Fat and Become Addicted To Food. have You Ever Notice That Food Was Like a Drug? I have. Thats Why The Thing Thats In His Books Make So Much Sense. You Guys Really Have To Order This Book. You Can Drop Sooo Much Weight Im Sure Of It Its Almost Like the diet We are on Now But In More Detail it works in Phases Such as The Fat Smash So It Is Related To It. Since I Really Care About You Guys and can Relate To Your Problems I Will be Posting The Thing I've Read So They Can Be Tips To You All

- Do A Cleanse : Full Body Cleanse, and Most Important a Candida Cleanse, a candida Cleanse Helps You Lose The fat around Your Mid Secetion and Love handles. Ab Work outs Dont Really Work It Just Tones and make The Core Stronger. So Do a Candida Cleanse To Lose The Fat in That area. It Helped Me a Lot

-eat Six Times per day ( My Cousin Lost a Lot Of Weight Doing Just This)

- No Tap water!

- Stop Eating After 6 ..If This is hard For Some Of You Upgrade It to 8:00, But Please No Later Than 9

-Eat More Grapefruit and Apples
