Today was a very stressful day at school, hyper kids and a vigillant principal, family and friends were supportive. Kickass cardio, pilates, and yoga today at FG. I'm feeling much better now. Coffee, smoothie, and a quinoa, chicken, vegetable stirfry thing for lunch that I made for the rest of the week. I'm never sure what to eat for dinner at this point - planning would help.
