I recently saw a televsion program on mountain biking, and know that is something I would like to try, but not at this weight and with my body tone so out of shape. So, my goal is to lose the weight I want to lose, work out at the gym 3-4 times a week, swim, walk and ride my bike to reduce my weight and build my muscles and stamina. By my birthday next year, I want to rent a mountain bike and give it a try... if it is all I think it will be for me, I will buy my own bike and live my outdoor thrills with a passion. I have a long way to go, but know I can do it.
