Ok, back from all camping trips and have been low carbing for the last couple of days.
The important thing is that I'm back on the timer and not snacking between eating times...because I can snack constantly.
I'm going to cut back on calories and portion sizes, I would really like to hit 150 before Christmas!

Ok, back from vacation. There was not a carb safe from my appetite.
However, I seem to have dropped a couple of pounds. Must be because I kept away from Sugar - would have been nice to see if I had stuck to plan if I could have lost more.
