Well I am 2 ponds down. Yepeeeee!!!! But Ifeel like I am focusing on nothing but dieting and exercise. Iknow that that is good but there is more to life. It can get overwelming. It has to become second nature to do the right thing.

Well its almost the weekend. I have to make sure that I don't get diet lazy over the weekend. I still have to be aware of what I am doing.

Well today was pretty good. I did not fall off the wagon! Yeah me!!! Going to go to bed early and get a good nights sleep.

Good Morning, I am looking forward to a wonderful productive day. I am going to stay focused and plan for meals for the next few days. Gotta hit the gym today. Took a much needed gym break yesterday to recoupe for today.

Yesterday went really well until I came home from the gym. I ate well I did my running for 30 minutes its getting a little easier( not much) but I am determined. I worked on abs and arms I was feeling great.I came home took a shower got online and was sitting just relaxing when all of a sudden I got really,REALLY hungry.I ate some fruit and it did not help.I ate jello did not help. I don't know what to do. Do I eat more because I am burning more? I felt OUT OF CONTROL!!!! That is not good for someone with control issues. I will see how it goes today.
