Here we are : Day 1.
I have prepared myself and feel confident that this is doable!
I'm on my low day so Its 500 cal or less :) Protein Shake, and water:)
I was running late this morning, so my intended workout didn't workout.lol It was my fault, my bed was so wonderful I didn't wanna ruin it. But I will just workout this evening after class, I will get my 30min workout in today! I feel Great and rather excited for my journey! Have a Beautiful day Everyone!

Ok, I've been very aware of what I have been putting in my mouth, trying new recipes and attempting to snack during the day to where the hunger doesn't build to the point that I'm starving and just eat whatever to make my tummy shutup. Tomorrow my diet/workout regamine offically start, I know I can do this :)

YAYYYY I Drank ALL 64 Oz Of water Yesterday!! Its 11:11am and Only have my coffee/cap half and half and about 10oz of water. I will get the remainder down though :)
