Getting back on track. I'm gonna take this one day at a time and just do my best. No beating myself up. Fell off the "wagon" hard core. Lost pops over the holidays. I miss him so much. I've noticed I've been doing alot of emotional eating. Sometimes even to the point of making myself sick. Thinking that if I write it all down it will help me not do it. Well this is a new day and I'm ready for a better, healthier me. So ferst step get on a schedule. 2 write what I eat down "everything" 3 walk or some sort of exercise. 4 DON'T GIVE UP

Ok lesson learned. We wont be eating jack in the box again. sheesh can't believe how high in calorie stuff from there is. Friggin' hamurger and fries had me WAY over my limit. Back on track tomorrow.

Feeling encouraged. :) I'm so glad I found this challenge. It's really helping me to be accountable and careful of my intake.
