Um, so it seems going into a care home does not help my weight gain at all. Eek.

Still losing weight because of this relapse. At least I can tell the dietitian and hopefully get some supplements sorted out very quickly.

I think I might need to start keeping a food diary again. I need to figure out how to increase my food intake without ending up in agony or being sick.

I saw the dietician last month who wanted to prescribe supplement drinks, but I've been too ill to contact the GP to get them. It needs to be done soon though as I'm still losing weight and my hips are agony to lie on as they stick out.

Funny that I started using this site to lose weight, but now want to put some back on. I guess getting ill wasn't in the original plan. Since all my weight history is here it's useful to keep using it. Maybe I could email my dietician my weight history graph so she understands what I meant by I wanted to lose weight but not this much :-)
