Neue Entdeckung: Wenn man in niedrige KFA Bereiche ist, sollte man das Defizit AM LIEBSTEN von fetthaltigen Nahrungsmitteln machen.
Außerdem, mindestens 6g pro Kg Körpergewicht an täglichen Kohlenhydraten sollten da sein. Jetzt bin ich bei ca 10% Kfa dank dieses Prinzips :)
