ahh so disappointed!!! 4 kg back on
very true, i suppose its quite easy for me as my metabolism is literally that of a turtle, i just don't get hungry that easily. im certainly not saying starve yourself, fasting can be as little as 16 hours, i just find 24 to be better personally on the rare occassion i do eat junk food (usually 2 x pizzas after 3 months of clean eating). My diet is typically95% paleo with 4 meals a day; nothing beats legitimately healthy food.

i feel your pain. its not that you cant drink and eat junk food though. it just takes preparation. I intermittently fast for 24 hours beforehand, then train, then eat junk food/drink. and depending on the calorie count of what i ate i might have another fasting session afterwards.
