More carbs, less protein and dropping weight for my boxing match has become a whole lot easier. 72Kgs won’t be a maintainable weight for me unless I’m training for a fight night, but it has been interesting to see how the correct macro mix can help you drop or pick up muscle. Time for a pizza because dieting should include the food you like 😋

Three weeks in Bali really changed the game. Stopped eating dairy, drank more beer and ate more fruit. I found not being so protein driven really changed the way I was losing weight. I’d like to carry that mentality forward, dieting shouldn’t be a crazy focus on food, I believe eating healthily and even increasing your good carbs is better than all the high fat, high protein because you are no longer a slave to your diet which ultimately means you are happier and a happy person is more likely to lose weight than a highly stress person. My two cents
