I'm overworked and overscheduled. I absolutely don't have time to commit to a regular exercise routine, and, if I did, I'm too tired and too overwhelmed to do it anyway. Don't get me wrong-I'm not giving up. I'm going to stay on Atkins and do it again and again.

As I went through my day today, I could see how I was making myself miserable trying to solve everything myself and how futile it is. The fat secret journal has showed me, that I have been holding myself back and that I need all the help I can get to lose the weight. To Healthy Eating Everyone!

Today I made a promise to myself, not to stuff my body with food in order to feel better! I allow myself to feel the joy of living, no matter what happens! I am letting go of the past and going into the future with my eyes wide open.
