I had some extreme cravings and ended up eating more than normal for the day to sate them. Probably lost a day of progression but at least I kept on track with the macros.

Considering I slept in the day before and thus ate later in the day than normal, then slept less the next day, it is not surprising I see an upwards fluctuation. It is OK as I know I am losing weight. On top of that, the Ketostix show that I am in very deep Ketosis, which tells me that I am most definitely metabolizing Ketones (Burning Fat!) throughout the day.
I had a hard time eating much at work so I have to rework my food for today. I had to solo run my office, normally it is two manned, and it just was too hectic to really eat much. I got a snack in and ate lunch, so I am down two snacks and meal at this point. I'm making something different than planned and will see how it turns out. It's just cheese and pepperoni, but I felt like pizza and I knew I couldn't have any so I just went with this.

Guess I was wrong again. Must still have some water weight going on because that's the only way to see such a large drop over night.
Today I get to make some goodies! I am hopeful the Almond Bread turns out well. I'm sure it will be heavy and dense, but that's okay as I usually choose whole grain wheat anyway. Will see how that turns out.
It'll be nice to let me have some sunny sides eggs with some buttered toast again!
I am using a TDEE calculator to try and calculate my daily calorie expenditure, but I cannot get an accurate reading until the weight finally levels out and I have a couple of weeks of steady and slow weight changes. Although I know I am losing fat, I have no idea how much of the weight loss is water so I cannot use current readings for those measurements.I'm not going to figure the water loss is done this time, lol, and just keep at it. It'll be done when it is done. It has been a week though almost, I would have thought the glycogen stores would have all been depleted days ago.

Trucking along still. Guess I had more water weight to work with still. Can't be much left so should see it stabilize soon.
