Getting there slowly but surely. I will be so very glad to get this weight off of me. I have struggled all of my adult life with being obese and now because of this my health is deteriorating a lot. I so need to get to a better healthy weight and stay there. My doctor will be so very proud of me because he wanted me to get to a healthier weight long ago. I want to do this for ME not just my family. I have an infant granddaughter that I want to be able to play with and see grow up.

Well so far so good. Keeping the carbs below 100 is very hard to do especially when you are used to eating anything you want. Going low carb is a good diet to follow for a diabetic heart patient. I have to get this weight off of me so I can at least walk in the grocery store instead of ride a handicap cart.
