Hello,
I'm a 32 year old woman that's been trying to lose weight for over 10 years. Each year I just get bigger and bigger. I've bottomed out at 317 lbs. I was diagnosed as a diabetic in December. Since then I've been trying to lose the weight. The thing is...I'm a major foodie AND I'm a binger. My fiance is a HUGE meat and potatoes fan. He loves fast food. I'm not blaming him; but it is hard to stay on track with this if he does his routine.
So...I hope to control my binging while losing weight. It's going to be hard but I'm so tired of being fat. I'm taking my niece to Disney World this year and I want to walk and fit into the rides with ease.
