4th day on the 17 Day Diet - lots of fresh foods - nothing processed, no diet drinks, 3 cups of green tea a day. 2 servings of probiotics, 2 fruit servings (none after 2:00 pm.) weight when I began 187.5 will weigh again on Monday, May 23 to see how much (if any) I have lost.
