I need to gain some weight. Since I changed my lifestyle I've been losing too much weight. Time to get to my optimal body Weight which is 125 lbs and maintain it from there. I don't mind cycling between 123 to 128 lbs. But presently I don't even have enough fat in me to sit comfortably on my butt. I'm toooooo skinny and bony. Plus with my high metabolism that makes it even harder to sustain my weight. I'm still a Vegan and will remain a vegan I'm just going to make some dietary adjustments to increase my caloric intake.
