Wow, again I way missed my target calorie intake. Erg! Hmmm... I need to find something that will curb my hunger during these training days. I really didn't need to eat those chips.... even if they were "HEALTHIER".

Was very hungry and overate during orientation today. :( Didn't think I was eating bad, but it ended up being ALOT of calories!
