I just blew it... all that hard work and a couple of days of blowing it and bla bla bla. I JUST BLEW IT.

I have been walking faithfully for 5 days now and I am determined to improve my health, to loose weight and to become diciplined in exercising for life not just until I loose my desired weight. As of today, I have gained not lost anything. I am just going to focus on the other many benefits and persevere until I have a breakthrough......
