Ok here's the scoop. I have got to lose this weight because it is making matters worse, and I am getting nowhere fast.

My Story: I am 100% disabled. I have had and beat cancer twice, I have a major back and rib injury, I have a permanent neck injury, osteoporosis, degenerative disk disease, coronary artery disease, osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, RA, severe carpal tunnel in my hands that significantly affect the use of both my hands, and both my arms, I have severe blockages in both my carotid arteries, I have a 70% blockage in my coronary artery, I also currently have 2 abdominal hernias in need of repair, Again, I have an implanted pain pump, I have hypothyroidism, and have calcified nodules on my thyroid that I have to frequently have biopsied, I go in for another biopsy on Monday not related to my thyroid, I am very close to being diagnosed as diabetic as my A1C is sitting right on the line, so if I don't get this weight off that will be yet one more diagnosis added to an already too long of a list, PLUS I've had 35 surgeries,(Yes 35 surgeries due to significant medical issues.

I'll be honest, I've been unable to do anything necessary to lose weight due to pain, surgeries (last surgery in Sept. 2015, physical disabilities, also I had a stupid foot swell up in June 2015 that remains swollen still today preventing me from being able to even walk or swim for short periods of time. I found out just yesterday there are severe blockages in both my Great and small saphenous veins in both of my legs that is significantly affecting the mobility in them.

Other than trying to eat clean that is about all I am able to do at this moment to try to get this weight off so any diet tips, easy meal plans, etc. would be greatly appreciated. Can you help? Thank you and have a wonderful night.
