Today is day two of DH and I being wt loss buddies.
Yesterday
I walked 5 minutes on a broken tredmill (not able to put level) The incline was set to max incline. It was hard for me to walk on it really hurt my lower back.
Today
after hubby fixed it for me, I walked 10 minutes. BABY STEPS!!!! Yeah!!!! I am going to work on staying up and moving. I have to get over this fatigue thing. I think you have to burn energy to build energy, So I am working hard on keeping up and not sleeping.
