yep one more time... fell off the wagon.. actually not to bad.. I mean I don't' really eat bread anymore (thank you Dukan).. and I pretty much am eating meat/ veggies only... with the occasional bout of sweet tooth.. but after Mazatalan I never made it back to the gym.

well that is until yesterday...
25 minutes treadmill / 1 mile, 20 minutes on a 2.5 incline... eh.. not bad but that did make me sweat

then 75 reps of the tricep machine
60 reps of the ab machine
60 reps of the preachers curl machine.
60 reps of leg press...

45 minutes all told.. which I guess is better then nothing and I don't feel sore today.. so on it again tomorrow.

So new goal.. 270's consistently by July 20th /
Gym : 3 x a week for 1 hour each consistently
