Today, I did ok on my diet. I still need to lower my fat intake. I just never realized how much fat is in all the foods we eat.

Day 2 of the Diet. I know is a lifestyle change but it is still a diet to me. Yesterday, I became ill started throwing-up x2. I have sinus problems. I always loose my appitite during a flare up. I feel much better today.I need to watch what I eat and stay away from my NO-NO foods.

Today is the first day of my diet. I an on my own version of lo-carb/high protein diet. Unfortuately, today I took in more carbs than protein. My calorie intake is right on the mark. I have not felt any hunger or compulsion to eat foods on my no-no list. I plan on start exercising tomorrow. I will have to be careful in the evening because thats when the problems begin. I snack or overeat in the evening
