Tomorrow, which is my work Monday, I am counting calories. I'm not sure how many to have each day, between 1200 and 1500. Too little slows your metabolism and too many adds pounds.
I also joined a challenge, to lose 10 pounds by Thanksgiving. That is so doable. So I will weigh officially on Thursdays.
I must be diligent about tracking all my calories! I must be diligent! I must be!
