Failure is a part of success, at some point you get serious about what you want to accomplish. It's time, I can't and wont beat up my self, instead I will commit to doing the best I can. Two yrs ago I saw 159 on the scale and woke up to 190.6 yesterday...this morning it was 186.6 (probably water weight). Seeing those numbers re-ignited my flame to get healthy, I can't continue treating my body this bad and fueling it with stuff that's not good for me. After all, I plan to live to 100, I need to keep this body shiny spanking new for as long as I can.
