Oh my, where to start. I have tried almost every diet or pill I can find to lose weight. I had great success when taking the Phentermine diet pill, but once I came off not only did I gain weight, but I gained MORE than what I had lost. I have tried weight loss programs, fad diets, and anything else I could get my hands on. At one point I even contemplated gaining enough weight so I could just go have surgery.

I am always tired, and I honestly do want to work out, but after the first day of working out I get so sore that I don't want to go back. I want to drink water but don't because it has no flavor and even when I add fruit for flavoring it still does nothing for me.

So, now that I have given you my sad sappy self pitty party story, now on to the latest adventure in my life.

Yesterday I started back at the gym. I am currently only able to do 30 mins at a time on the treadmill, but I went yesterday and today. So I am on a slow roll.

I also started counting my calories, if you want to say that, I am so obsessed with not taking in to many calories that my eating is decreased so I don't take in to much. Yesterday I took in 1047 calories and burned 256 calories totaling an intake of 791. I know this is not good, but I am so obsessed with loosing weight it is scary.

I believe that my husband will not leave me, but with my ex and the way he was after I gained weight from having my daughter. I am scared. I wish I could get past this insecurity somehow. Just not sure how.

So, I am determined to continue to go to the gym and build up my time and stamina on the treadmill. Maybe add some weights eventually, and look good for my husband. Even if it is something I really don't want to do (working out that is).

With this being day 1, I hope to be able to write better as the days go on.
