PF Chang restaurant sesame chicken - has anyone weighed the total entree?
Their nutrition chart only says the calories.
I’m trying to guess the calories of another restaurant’s sesame chicken that doesn’t have nutrition info.

Fruit Doesn’t ripen Any More, What’s Changed?
I’m trying hard to eat more fresh fruit. But melons, pineapples, they go from rock hard to rotten. If I buy cut fruit it’s hard/unripe.
I used to work at a farm market. I know how to tell if a piece of friut is ready, it just isn’t happening any more. Is this more genetic engineering to make fruit tougher for shipping? Is ripe fruit a thing of the past?
