I am chika. I am 5ft 4inches tall, married with 3 kids. I've added weight since i had my last baby and its been 12yrs and i haven't been able to lose the fat rather it has increased over the years. Presently, I weigh 109kgs and I am hoping to go down to 65-70kgs. I hope I can achieve this.
