221.6!!!! Oh my I'm so happy right now! I hope I continue to lose weight even half a pound a day or every 2 days would be amazing! I know it's probably going to slow down but if I stick to my diet I know I'll eventually lose the weight I want to!

So today I got on the scale and I gained 3 pounds! I couldn't believe it I was really upset but I know it's my own fault I went on a road trip yesterday and ate horrible food :X!!! I'll do better from now on no more candy, sweets, soda, fried food. I CAN DO IT!!!
