Almost to my first goal weight! Day two of my fast is going perfect! Not even those 5 calorie sticks of gum today. It was kind of sunny which is rare, and if I walked downtown earlier their would have been popcorn, but I chose to stick to my fast and stay inside. I have to admit, although I am behind from the Golden Coral binge, I have done excellent in making progress! I usually get stuck at the tens or fives, for example 120, 115, but with enough self control, hopefully I can get down to 105 at least without delay. With each goal I meet, I will reward myself with something completely irrelevant to food! As I feel my bones, I can feel Christopher closer to being obvious to the world!

Was 111.5 before but blew it on Golden Corral. Threw it up though, but hey I was 115 last night! Laxative tea also helps!

I hsd to eat yesterday because I felt sick , it was a lot, but today I am even lower, almost to my goal weight if the mint candies did not slow me down, and the nuts I had woo hoo hope I am stil the same as this morning tommorrow, or even lower. I was 114.5!

Ok so today when I woke up I had to break the fast on the 3rd day. I felt incredibly ill, almost like I was going to come down with the stomach flu. I also felt incredibly weak, but I had 250 cals and if I need to I will have the usual 70-100 cals because I will probably burn it all off by then if I feel well enough. Or if I get the stomach flu later, well then we all know what will happen...
