What a day! Worked all day, driving and stuck in my car! Had very limited choices but at least I ate something, one of my biggest problems is that I usually just won't eat. But I ate, didn't start out too great with McDonald's but the day got much better. It is so hard to make the best choices when you are rushed :(
I need to go add some fruit or something healthy to the diet... I am at 844 calories and it is almost 8pm... this is what is wrong with my diets. I have to work on have healthy food around that is easy to grab and take with me :D
