Ok...So I used to be a ripped monkey, weighing in at 235lbs.
But now...I'm feeling the flab. I stopped working out, was eating crap all day long, and the muscle mass turned into fat.
I started this diet challenge my brother told me about...
Lose 10 pounds in 4 weeks!!!
I have to take in 700 calories and 150 in carbs each day for 4 weeks.
I started on Tuesday and weighed in at 224.4. So, yesterday I weighed in at 223.4lbs. Yes, I lost a pound in a day, but it could have been water weight. But today I weighed in...219.6!!!!
The challenge itself isn't that difficult. I'm kinda using the same technique I was using when I was working out for 3 hours a day...eating every 2 hours or so. Only this time...its a lot smaller snacks. HAHAHA!!!
