Today is Mar. 11, 2010. I am 5'3' tall and about 145 lbs. I used to be thin without really trying,when I was working at BigLots here in Oregon for 8 yrs. I was very active and on my feet and in constant motion on a 9 hr. work day. I was an area merchandiser there,and helped unload the freight truck, every week or sometimes twice a week, set up for the ads, that we had every other week and worked long grueling hours and shifts. The good thing about it was,that I was on my feet all the time lifting heavy objects to stock shelves or moving a pelllet of products onto the sales floor to stock and I felt like I accomplished something at the end of the work day. Unfortunately almost 2 yrs. ago in June of 2008,I was working and I was lifting something heavy,a ( pressure washer), and I lost my balance and fell off a step ladder and messed up my knee:( I have had trouble since with it,and I eventually had to quit working there cause my knee ws getting worse,and I couldn't do that type of work any more. I missed it but there was nothing else,I could do about it,now I help my hubby when I can. He is a realtor but it is also a sit down kind of job where there isn't any excersize:( I can't go out running or jogging or long walking cause of my knee cracking and hurting all the time,I also have had alot of health problems within the last 6 months,where I was hospitalized for pancreatitis,then double pneumonia,then sleep apnea and then real low blood pressure. I also get migraines,I need to mainly take it easy now cause of all this. I need any help I can get now to make my goal weight of 105 lbs. Thank you so much.
