I would like to lose a little weight, as I think I eat healthy and am quite active, yet seem to stay the same. Must be the booze! I have worked my entire life, usually 60 odd hours a week, but usually managed to stay fit as well. I'm now 46 years old, and have given up work. I have suffered a few injuries in my time, including back, right arm and nerve damage in left leg. This makes it difficult to work out the way I used to. So I need to work carefully, and still try to get the results I'm looking for. I like to achieve 20,000 steps per day, which is just under 10 miles, plus some weights and floor work,so have decided I need to watch my intake more carefully.
