My weight loss is coming along well so far. I am noticing a difference in my thighs and arms :} I walk/jog half a mile every time I workout then I exercise for about 30 minutes. :} I am sticking to my diet and workout plan woot :P

I'm already losing weight and I have started eating more fruits and vegies. :} I stopped drinking diet soda and stick to all natural fruit drink drinks and water.

I am beginning to take my weightloss more serious now. The reason why is I was told last April that if I didn't lose weight it could increase my chances of becoming diabetic and may even make that come sooner rather than later. I have actually gained weight since then, but then lost some of it in my gym class. I am starting to excerise more often now. I am even swimming. I heard thats a good way to loss weight. Well thats all for now I will write more later about my success. :}
