I am trying to refocus on the loosing weight game. I am currently looking for exercise things I can do and keep up with....I was fixing to list reasons/excuses why I haven't been able to :( old habits die hard. I have had about 4 hours of sleep in the last 48 hours due to our autistic son having meltdowns over everything and I really want to focus on myself but I know his dad needs sleep as well ( he just got back from moving his parents back from New Mexico In 1.5 day/7 hr drive one way). I am thinking walking and weights to add to my keto diet. I have my fitbit and walking challenge with a few of my friends, one of them gets over 90k steps in 5 days, I'm always second with about 25-30k steps behind her. Anyway here is to my refocus hope all have a great week.

My husband and I are planning on taking four of the kids on a family vacation this summer to go to my family reunion that we haven't been to since my daughter was 18 months ( she is now 21 yrs) I am wanting to loose a lot of weight it is in July and of course time of the month starts, Murphy's Law I guess. So my first game plan, is to cut out Dr. Pepper and up my intake of water. What I wonder is, how would a peach unsweet ice tea effect my calorie intake?
Need to find out my calorie, protein and fat ranges so I can pay more attention to dietary needs.
