even though the pounds have dropped... I know i haven't lost much. I'm really trying to understand how many calories I consume in a day, and no wonder I'm able to pack on the pounds so quickly!!
If I can control myself to eat 250 healthy calories per meal (eating 6 times a day) I will be happy! Understanding that all the little slip-ups and snacks really do have an effect on my weight.
I always knew it was calories in vs. calories out, but I think I'm finally wrapping my head around it! Now to get my self control to understand it too ;) I love cookies + chocolates too much, I am such a fiend!! My husband is a big muscley boy, and I can sometimes out-eat him! Trying to tell myself ' I don't need that ' or ' just have one ' or ' just one bite ' and actually listen is something I have always struggled with. Sometimes shoving so much into my body I don't even taste it, or feel so sick afterwards... I just hate it, and even more I hate the control it has over my life.

Starting a new kind of diet...trying to leave the 'diet' out and finally create the healthy lifestyle I'm looking for with whole clean foods.
I've always been afraid of carrots, peanut butter, bananas when being on a strict protein + veggie diet with limited carbs. In the end I get to my goal, then gain all the weight back from binging afterward.
I am tired of binging + stuffing my face with garbage, just to feel guilty and horrible about myself in the end. I want to find that healthy balance, not feel unsatisfied or deprived, and able to control cravings.
Here we go...I need patience, self control, and a whole lot of strength!
