I haven't been doing so well...not only did I succumb to key lime pie flavored bluebell ice cream, but I've been very busy this week (no excuse!) and ended up eating pizza and (oh the shame of it) fast food (twice!)... I think the only reason I even lost one pound is because I'm now suffering from a tummy bug and have had diarrhea for 2 days. My pennance I suppose. Anyway... on to another (better) week.
