Ok so half term threw me off wagon big time. Lots of booze.
This week I've been trying slimming world extra easy and hating it and then not managing to do it. I also tried to do this slimming world but only 1200 cals a day as I felt I was eating more than 1200 cals on it by eating as many eggs and fat free yogs as I wanted.
Never tell me I can eat unlimited anything.
Pressure is really on now for this bridesmaid dress and bikini on beach.
I think I will do 1200 cals a day in week then bit more relaxed at weekends for 5 more weeks then blast 5:2 for final 2 weeks and only have 1400 cals on my 5 days.
Feeling v frustrated witj self and lack pf willpower.

1000-1400 cal days depending on whether I go tp gym or not.
2 weetabix with skim milk for breakfast and lunch.
Low cal dinner
Snacks- snack a jacks, ham, rich tea fingers, celery and cucumber

300cals/ 35mins in gym
Target cals tomorrow: 1400
B- 2 weetabix skimmed milk, 1 yoghurt pod 195cals
L- 1 pitta, 1 low.fat hummus, 3 falafel, 3 slices wafer thin ham, 1 small chunk cheese, cucumber and celery sticks. 500cals
Snacks- special k crisps 86cals

Back to square one.
Devastated with myself.
Back on the wagon. In my third week of 5:2 diet again now.
Just tried on the dress I need to fit into in 10 weeks and it's smaller now and wont zip up more than it did in jan when I bought it... and that was after xmas. This is going to be a huge test of my self discipline. Wine is banned- vodka/gin only. During week 2 500cal days and the other 3 will be 1400 cals.
Weekends will be 2000 cals inc booze!
