I need to get serious about watching my diet. I was taken off my statins because my blood test showed the number was too high for my liver. I'm going to try the Atkins diet, but I still need to count calories.
I've been a yo yo dieter all my life, and I'd like to get out of that cycle. I have clothes ranging in sizes from 2 to 16. Seems I never know what I'm going to weigh a month from now.
