Did abs today at the gym and I was able to row on the stability machine for 5mins... And a personal victory would be dinner:we had meatloaf and scalloped potatoes that are a caloric value of 230 for 2\3cup which I was worried wouldn't be enough... I finished my meal full and satisfied with no desire to go to the stove and dish out more! I am amazed that I don't want seconds!Now if only my husband could get on board....

Well I missed lunch all together today:S not really sure how that happened but on the bright side I have a lot of calories left over! I tried the enchilada stuffed zucchini today and it was soooo good! Only thing I would change was the amount of spice in it... a bit too much...Went back to the rowing machine today! One thing I don't like about this site is that it doesn't offer enough options for exercise! I did legs today .... Think I can keep this going!!!!
