I am so proud of myself! I am sicking to this plan and it is helping a great deal!! I hope to reach my weight loss goal and be proud of myself. It has been hard at times, but I have learned to control my will power and remind myself why I am doing this!! Heres to me...

feeling better and better everyday, really confident in myself that I can loose the weight I am aiming to loose. Havent been able to get out for much exercise, have had a sick child to take care of, but will get to as soon as I can. Been doing things inside the house to help keep me on track. All in all feeling good!

Who knew with just the little changes I could already start to feel better?? I felt so rested lst night, and just not so "heavy". I know this is gonna take time and a whole lot of will power, but I believe I can do this. Especially with the Diet Calendar, I never realized how fast you could go through your daily recommended calories til I begin to use it. It really helps to see what you are actually putting in your body! So glad a friend told me about this program :)
