Hi, I have always been overweight and in my 20s decided to have my stomach stapled which was very successful, too successful and 10 years after that I weighed only 42kilos (and I am not a tiny person) and was hospitalised where they removed the staples and I have been putting on weight every since that. I have tried all the other diets but I love Atkins and I did do it a few years ago, lost quite a bit, then family disaster and you know the rest.

We have had a destructive earthquake this year in our lovely city and I have been eating(and drinking) my way around the stress.

But no more!

I have a loving husband and 2 mini schnauzers who I adore, great job and thankfully my house is still standing. So now I am back on track and loving it!
