I'm Carolina from BIG SKY COUNTRY, 47 years old and back once again using the South Beach Diet. The diet worked really well for me the first time, and I'm confident it'll do the job once again. South Beach Diet, Second Time Around
What I like about the South Beach diet, is that there's no counting calories, or measuring portions. I tried this diet last year and followed the 14 day plan in phase one religiously, lost 12 pounds and amazingly enough, never felt hungry. A word of caution however; don't expect the same rapid weight loss you experienced during the first phase to continue once you enter phase 2. By adding back "good" carbs, you'll still lose, but more slowly.
