Well another positive,motivated and happy day over.
If all days like this I would not have weight problem. I had my weekly treat, will let you know tomorrow did it effect my weight. Had a small steak, and salad, 2 glass wine. even bought half steak home. Steaks in Ireland are small 6 oz, and I have to say I totally enjoyed it. I was going to have vegetarian meal and share but all smothered in sauces, I put my sauce on the side and only dipped once.
Then we went to pub, pals had drinks and I,
MISS GOODY 2 SHOES
, had 3 pints of water. But that's no problem for me, I often drink water whilst out as my money so tight need the cash for taxi home.

WOW WOW
. Found a brilliant Group just now while searching for motivation,
Goal Outfits (Motivation!)
, it definitely will help me stay a bit more motivated. Check it out, especially those who have a dream outfit they are trying to fit into.
Well another day beginning.
Another bright and sunny but winter morning. I got through last night, bit of a stomach rumbling night. Must be thinking of the meal it is getting today. As I am having food,I did 10 minutes on the Vibro Plate, and I am going to walk and visit my pal in hospital. That is about 20 minutes walk away. When I get home later I will i will do my other 10 mins of Vibro plate.
I looked at my Weight History Chart to keep me motivated. Seeing the graph line go down helps so much.

Well another 6 days over down 6 lb
.
From next week that will slow to about 2 lb or 1 kg a week if I can afford to buy shakes. I have decided Saturdays is my treat day. I need this to be able to feel I am not missing anything. Going to lunch with my friend Dorothy tomorrow. She is a vegetarian, I like my chicken and fish, but will order a veg dish and she can share it. she is super slim, active and about 15 years younger than me/ She climbs mountains to stay fit.
I bought myself new track suit pants today so have new runners as well. I am going to use college gym in mornings before class, i hope at least 3 mornings a week. Then I am trying to get back my courage to get into a swimsuit and go to the local Leisure world and swim or use steam/sauna room.

Well today was good in my head but stupid and mad and dangerous in truth.
I went to college today and forgot my shakes and WATER. Yes water the most important thing in the world. College is closed, it was only studying I was doing, got so heavily involved that the 5 hours flew. Came home after another hour on bus, as weak as water. Just now having my shake. Never again, SO SO STUPID.
Tomorrow is weigh in day.

Another bright, sunny day, but freezing.
. Hope all well with everyone out there.
Things going well. Lucky I have to get into college as It is a hungry day for me, so I will be occupied and will keep me motivated. I wish weather would heat up, hate the way it is so devious, you would think it is a bright summers morning but it has the feel of snow.
Weigh in tomorrow. Should be ok, the fat cells must be getting attacked by now.
