WTF Grandma? hehe.. So grandma messed up my macro nutrients today. She was being sweet and cooking me breakfast, thing is I didnt have the heart to stop her from frying my egg in bacon fat... : / tho it was delicious. Salvaging breakfast w this dinner

This is my morning weigh in.. is always lite, my pm weighin is probably more like 162-164. As long as I am withing 5# of my goal weight I am at my goal : )

Ate lite all day, didnt consume any empty calories... and really packed in during dinner last night. Spent a couple of low impact hours at the gym introducing a friend to the wonderful world of rock climbing.
