slept horrible, I am lucky if I got 4 hours, my leg woke me up almost every hour. This is literally a pain. I will keep recording my food intake, but exercise will be difficult until i am out of the splint.

today just went badly, I went in to the garden and was rocking the clean up, lost my balance and sprained my knee, now I am in a splint and unsure if I will need surgery to ever put weight on my leg again. REally REally bummed out.

holy hell, I entered my regular breakfast in to my food diary, not totally exact but close enough. Looks like that will be eaten only on a cheat day. ARGGH no more homemade breakfast burritos for me. Sad Chef.

I really really love good imported gooey cheese. If I had cheese I would eat it all right now with a crunchy baguette. Some people dream of riches I dream of cheese porn.
