Stopped the Keto never worked, stop tick tock diet. had guest for a week gain weight.SOOOO. back to intermediate fasting, low card almost none and eat 1500 calories HOPEFULLY lose 15 [onds

Also walk at least 3 miles and do some weight lifting

still to go: 19.0 lb

well after a lot of reading I think I realized that at my amount of weight loss its seems to be about less overall calories within the KETO formula .

walked 6 miles yesterday too. been battling tennis elbow so doing less activity hip is a little sore but feel good this morning

9 pounds to go to the 145 goal. I didn't make it at 50 but maybe for 55 yrs old. which is a milestone because nether my mother or grandmother made it to 55 years old.

still to go: 14.6 lb

OK I think I was eating too much on KETO and needed more walking also not sure if KETO is good diet for people who don't have a lot to loose and have hypothyroid issues. Plus it raise my cholesterol....

Weight was up to 160 but seem to be coming dow.....

going to finish up a few weeks of this and change my diet because it doesn't seem healthy

I have not been very good about being on a healthy diet lots of guest about and celebrations another week and be more normal week

Not sure Keto is working for me at all ....BUT also haven't been exercising much at all
