Seems like the more healthier I eat the more Fat and less protein I am consuming this week. Have to work on that. Also after lifting tuesday my chest is still a little sore. It's been a few months since I lifted and I played no mursey with it by lifting heavy first then lightened up to a normal weight. Think i had 20 on each side of the 45lb bar, then lightened it to 15lbs on each.

Today i worked out and then tried to eat healthy while at work avoiding the delicous chocolate cake i made according to the people in the office. Then i decided to google how much was in my tomato, basil, mozorella salad with oil and balsamic vinager, over 780 calories, mostly because of the cheese, so now I know (little bit of cheese and light on the oils and vinager. But thats how i got to this site. :) Thats all i have for now.
